A huge programme of events has been planned for March 7th to 10th as Archbishop Sentamu brings teams of bishops from across the north of England to support all of us in our worshipping communities as we work to show the bigger difference that knowing Jesus can make.

Archbishop Sentamu said “I am looking forward to visiting the Diocese of Liverpool and seeing what local Christians in churches, schools and communities across the area are doing. I have heard about the bigger difference they are making and invite you to discover more about the packed weekend of activities on offer. I am praying that all these activities will show their local communities the bigger difference that Jesus Christ can make in their lives. I believe that this weekend will show a different engaging side of church. A church that wants to tell the local community the difference it makes, serve their community in the way that helps them with people prepared to give their time to support other.

I’m excited for this – see you there!”
