Supporting children and families

The Diocese of Liverpool strongly believes in the importance of young people in the church and recognises the significance of welcome, nurture and discipleship in helping children and young people develop a positive experience of church.

We are passionate about offering opportunities for young people to experience God’s love and encounter Jesus, to enable a 'bigger church to make a bigger difference'

We are committed to creating safe and enabling environments and to offering support and encouragement to all those working with children, young people and their families, also to those wishing to start new ministries and missional opportunities.

Growing Faith Adventure

The Church of England growing faith adventure [provides an opportunity to make all our decisions through the lens of what this means for Children, Young People and Families. This enables flourishing relationships between church, school and home.
