The leadership for the Diocese is provided by our Bishops. Our Diocesan Bishop is the Right Reverend James Jones, Bishop of Liverpool. Bishop James has served the diocese for over ten years.

Bishop James is supported by Bishop Richard Blackburn, the Bishop of Warrington. Bishop Richard was consecrated in November 2009 and has served our diocese since then.
