New Diocesan Director of Ordinands

“The Bishop of Warrington is delighted to announce the appointment of the Revd Harry Wood as part-time Diocesan Director of Ordinands (DDO). This is a two day per week post.  Father Harry will continue to serve as parish priest of St Thomas & St Mark’s, Eccleston but at reduced hours.  We are very grateful to the wardens, PCC and congregations for enabling and blessing this appointment. Fr Harry shall be taking up the role as DDO on 25^th April and we have no doubt that he shall prove an excellent colleague to Debbie Ellison who has been covering this post for the past several months and to the Vocations Team as we seek to grow and develop ordained and lay ministries.  Please join me in praying for Fr Harry as he takes on this additional responsibility, for his parish and for an increase in vocations.”
