Bishop Bev invites you to join her at the LifeCall vocations fair

“Here in our Diocese of Liverpool, we want every Christian to live out their vocation in Christ. We are all called! What is God calling you to?

There are many opportunities to explore for women, men and young people, from more contemplative prayer to Christian social action and acts of kindness, to teaching, preaching, and telling and to ministry in church and growing and planting. Life Call helps us to discern our particular baptismal calling to live out our faith whether we’re in church, work and leisure places, college or school.

When you see others exercising a ministry, do you think, “I could never do that!“ Or an inner voice telling you, ‘you could do that’?

At the LifeCall vocations fair, doors will be open. You will hear of possibilities. There will be opportunities to find out what people are doing and the difference they’re making. You will be encouraged and receive information about training and mentoring and how you can take the first steps of your own personal LifeCall vocation journey.

Remember, all God needs from you, is an “Is it I Lord?” God will do the rest and give you all you need! And so I encourage you to join me at the LifeCall event. Don’t put it off any longer - and why not bring a friend!”
