Not just on a Sunday - does your church want to help set God’s people free?

Does your church want to support people to live out faith in their daily lives? The Church of England initiative Setting God's People Free (SGPF) is a programme of change to enable the whole people of God to live out the Good News of Jesus confidently in all of life, Sunday to Saturday.

Liverpool South Deanery are facilitating an evening to discuss the ways churches can help their congregations live their whole lives as disciples of Jesus. ‘Setting God’s People Free for…Monday to Saturday’, on 17 October 2018, is facilitated by Andrew Belfield from LICC.

A church consultant, Andrew engages mainly with churches, leaders and networks in the north of England. Through a mix of one-on-one conversations, meetings with church leadership teams, workshops and training days, he is part of a team of LICC Consultants who inspire and practically equip churches to be whole-life-disciple-makers.

David Bishop from Liverpool South Deanery told us,

“Setting God’s People Free isn’t just another project or programme but a journey for the transformation of life in ourselves and our church communities. If you’re looking at ways to grow your church as a community of people who help one another live out their whole lives – at home, work, church, in the neighbourhood as disciples of Jesus, then join us on 17th October from 7:15 pm.”
