Rector - Wavertree Holy Trinity
We are looking for a prayerful and creative leader to work with the congregation and PCC to communicate and further develop a clear vision for this parish’s future.

Holy Trinity is an historic suburban parish church yet close to the very heart of this dynamic city.  One of a group of three churches, Holy Trinity is an inclusive, eclectic church that provides a welcoming place for the local community. It appreciates the diversity of worship and the main service is Eucharistic with music led by a robed choir and organ, occasionally supplemented by the music group. It is currently delighted at seeing more families joining our established congregation.

The church’s outreach currently includes strong connections established by clergy and congregation with 3 local schools in addition to the C of E Primary School through governance and leading assemblies. This is supported by a family led worship initiative held fortnightly in the church Hall.

Closing Date: 28th April 2019
Interviews: 10th June 2019

Team Rector - 4Saints Team (Huyton Deanery)

The four churches that make up the 4Saints Team cover a deprived area of Knowsley six miles to the east of Liverpool City centre. They are seeking a Team Rector to lead the clergy and laity to unite behind a vision of seeing a bigger church making a bigger difference. They have an exciting opportunity to lead the team on the next stage of the journey.

With four churches in the team – St Luke's, St Jude’s, St Mary’s and St George’s – you will find a great deal of variety. As Team Rector,  you will also have primary pastoral responsibility for St Luke’s – with a four bedroom vicarage provided for your use – but you will be working alongside the team to minister to the community.

The community presents many opportunities for mission which includes Knowsley Safari Park and a children’s hospice and Alder Hey Children’s hospital is nearby.

Closing Date: 23rd April 2019
Interviews: 15th May 2019
