Clergy Moves and other Ministry Appointments

Revd Canon David Brooke – further to my Clergy Moves email of 9th May 2018, a date for David’s institution been set as Team Rector of Chapelfields Team by the Archdeacon of Wigan and West Lancashire on 1st August 2018.
Revd Canon Janice Collier – currently Team Rector of East Widnes Team and Area Dean of Widnes has been appointed as Vicar of Bampton with Clanfield in the Diocese of Oxford. Janice will conduct her last service on 19th August and instituted to her new ministry on 9th September 2018.
Revd David Gavin – currently Team Vicar of the Toxteth Team, has been appointed as Vicar of Walton Breck Christ Church and Holy Trinity. David will be instituted by Bishop Geoff Pearson (Assistant Bishop in the Diocese of Liverpool) on 19th September 2018.
Revd Will Gibbons – further to my Clergy Moves email of 9th May 2018, a date for Will’s institution been set as Team Rector of the All Saints Wigan Team by the Archdeacon of Wigan and West Lancashire on 30th June 2018.
Revd Dave Lowrie – currently Assistant Curate at Great Crosby St Luke has been appointed as Self Supporting Ministry at Great Crosby St Luke and Storeyhouse Café. Dave will be licenced to his new ministry by the Archdeacon of Knowsley and Sefton on 5th July 2018.
Revd Adam Maynard – currently Assistant Curate at Norris Green Christ Church has been appointed as Vicar of Everton St George. Adam will be instituted by the Bishop of Liverpool on 30th August 2018.
Revd Jane Morgan – has been appointed as Interim Priest in Charge of Newburgh Christ Church and Westhead St James for a period of 2 years. Jane will be licenced by Bishop Cyril Ashton (Assistant Bishop in the Diocese of Liverpool) on 23rd July 2018.
Revd Canon Phil Saltmarsh – has been commissioned as Area Dean of Liverpool North Deanery on 8th May 2018 for a period of 5 years.
Revd Frances Shoesmith - further to my Clergy Moves email of 9th May 2018, a date for Frances’ licensing been set as Team Vicar of the All Saints Wigan Team by the Archdeacon of Wigan and West Lancashire on 1st August 2018.
Revd Glyn Thomson – will complete his curacy on 29th June 2018 and will be licenced as Self Supporting Minister to the 4Saints by the Archdeacon of Knowsley and Sefton on 28th June 2018.
