Government £15m church repair fund

In his Autumn Statement the Chancellor announced the creation of the Listed Places of Worship Roof Repair Fund.

The 15m fund will make grants of between £10,000 and £100,000 for repairs to the roofs and rainwater goods of listed places of worship.

You must fulfill the following criteria to apply:
  1. The church must be listed Grade II or higher;
  2. You must not already be in receipt of HLF Repair Grant Funding for a project which is in delivery;
  3. The work must have been identified as being required within the next five years;
  4. The work hasn’t already started.
